How long does shipping take?
Every order is made just for you after it's placed. Because of this, production and shipping can take up to 21 days.
We know waiting isn't always fun, but creating each piece to order helps us reduce waste and focus on quality over mass production.
Why does it take up to 21 days?
Your order doesn't come from a warehouse.
Once you place your order, your item is printed, finished, quality checked, packed, and shipped specifically for you. Every piece is made because you ordered it—not because we guessed someone might.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States, with international shipping available to select countries.
All items ship FREE.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you haven't received tracking after 21 days, send us a message and we'll be happy to help.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because production begins quickly after your order is placed, we can only make changes or cancellations within a short window after purchase.
If you need to update something, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since every item is made to order, we can't accept returns for sizing or buyer's remorse.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
How do your sizes fit?
Each product includes a size guide to help you find your best fit.
If you're between sizes and prefer a more relaxed look, we usually recommend sizing up.
What if my package is lost?
If your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost, contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to find the best solution.
Will the print fade?
Our garments are printed using high-quality methods designed for long-lasting wear.
To help your piece last even longer:

Avoid ironing directly on the design.
Do you restock designs?
Some designs become permanent, while others are released in limited drops.
If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it while it's available.
